How do I redeem my gift voucher?

There are a few ways to do this...

Don’t have an account? No problem, creating one is easy as eating pie! Fill in your required details and sign up! Then go back to your email and click on the redeem now button, you’ll now be taken to the credits redemption page where your noon Credits are a button click away!

Have an account? Even more easier! Just head over to the email, click on redeem now and your noon Credits are literally a click away. Create a noon account with your personal email or login to your existing account. Click "My Account" then "noon Credits". Manually enter the code on your gift voucher then watch as your noon credits appear.

How long do I have to redeem my gift voucher?

Check the expiry date on your gift voucher. Once you redeem the voucher and the noon credits are on your account, there is no expiry on the amount. Just remember to redeem!

Will my noon credits expire after I have redeemed my voucher?

No, there’s no expiry date on your noon credits.

I can’t redeem my gift voucher. What do I do?

Of course! You can use your noon credits to buy anything across our site.

Can I use my noon credits on the App?

Yes, you can use your credits on any iOS or android device which has our noon app installed, obviously.. Shop anywhere and everywhere. It's super simple.

How do I pay using my redeemed credit?

Once you reach the payment step of your order, simply select noon credit from the payment options. If you don't have sufficient credit to cover for your full order, just select another payment method from the options available.
